At @PAZ.faroeislands, Chef Poul Andrias Ziska channels the rugged great thing about the Faroe Islands into each dish. Born in Tórshavn and raised amongst Faroe Islands’ elemental landscapes, Ziska educated at high kitchens like Geranium (Denmark) and Mugaritz (Spain), then made waves main KOKS, the place he earned two Michelin stars, bringing Faroese delicacies to international consideration.
Opened in April 2025 within the coronary heart of Tórshavn and really shortly turned a two‑Michelin‑starred vacation spot.
